A while back, Crazyfish found this. Now see it in action.

He needs to fix the steering on that thing. All it does is keep spinning in circles. ;)

At that rate of forward momentum - I bet you the Sharon with her non-running Pygmypotomus could beat it in the qtr mile. Especially is she had help pushing.

The only thing Rover about that is the shell.....

I can see having fun doing it once or twice.....but to sit there and WATCH it? And PAY for the pleasure?

...OK... so all I have to do to get a turning radius less than 50' is to get the back end to spin, sounds easy enough :D

Does anybody think this would happen anywhere else? - the video clip is from an event in Australia ...mate ;)

Never underestimate the redneckability of those who enjoy American culture - even from afar!

Well, maybe not ANYTHING...

Seriously, where else in the world could a person find:

-Lawnmower racing
-El Caminos
-Enchiladas with mushrooms
-Decals with little boys peeing on things
-The show, "COPS"
-"Rat Tails" (look closely in the video at the man in front of the camera)

Even though I don't necessarily like the items listed above (as I probably would never tub-out a Series I, drop a blown big block in it, make separate front brake controls, and go to drag racing events)...

I do love my country deeply.

Nope he's an Aussie. And sorry to say but the truck no longer exists. He crashed it a few weeks ago and isn't going to rebuild it.

Yeppur buddy! We'll just fix ourselves up another one....PING!

(Disclaimer: Intended as healthy (national) self deprecation, not as a stab at those who are proud of being an American. In fact I went through great trouble to become an American myself, and although there is enough wrong with this place, most other places are even more screwed up, so I do think this is a good place to be..... I do shy away from overdoing the flag waving. Collectivism has it's drawbacks. (Disclaimer disclaimer: not intended to jack this thread into the realm of politics, just trying to avoid ruffling some fur. Please talk to your doctor to see if fur is advisable for you.))

Oscar,

Generally speaking, I think we're on the same page.

I guess I should apologize to those "speaking truth to power" about the Australian mistake I made.

Both owner and event are both Australian and not American.

I still think doing that to a Series I is silly.:o
