How much for just the tub? Anybody know if a IIa 109 truck cab tub is the same?

Golly, wonder how many grinder blades and sawzall blades it would take me to transform my 96 Disco into a Seriecovery? Seems like enough parts as far as fenders/hood/breakfast to make it all work.

There could be a fit problem for a rear fuel tank between the SIIA and SIII tubs, depending on the crossmember above the fuel tank. IIRC, some of the SIIA crossmembers are deeper, and will foul the rear fuel tank that the SIII uses. You can always mod the crossmember......

Willard,

Are the wheels shown in the "complete as it arrived home" photos available?

If so I'd take them, maybe some body stuff. Any cool military widgets?

I have a suggestion: I am interested in the tub and Neil is interested in the frame. I could coordinate going to pick up all of the various bits and bring them to Hershey. That way, all those north of the Mason Dixon only have to travel to Hershey instead of VA. Just a small contribution to gas money?
Seem reasonable?

would you happen to have a front diff for a series IIA?
