Looking for a solid (pretty much rust-free), well-maintained RRC in good mechanical condition for a fair price. Having been down the slippery slope of taking a stock truck and making changes over time, I want one that's set up as a trail truck.

Sliders, diff guards, ARB lockers, winch, LT230, 24-spline axles, etc. are all pluses
Year is not critical
White is first choice for color, but it’s not a key factor
Only short wheelbase

I'm about 30 miles west of Philadelphia, and am willing to travel to buy the right truck. Please send me a PM or an e-mail (range.rover.trail.truck@gmail.com) with a brief description and your phone number.

From Discoweb:

1992 Range Rover Classic
Well guys, the time has come. I only went on two off road trips last year so the Rover is just taking up space in the driveway. I'm looking to sell it and put the money into my hot rod project. It's a great daily driver and fun off road vehicle... It includes a lot of off road equipment such as SafariGard front bumper, Dreadnought rocksliders, SafariGard diff guards, East Coast Rover rear bumper, factory Land Rover XD gas tank skid plate, Rovertym stainless steel drag link and tie rod assemblies and OME 3" suspension lift. It comes with two sets of tires. First is a set of 265/75/16 MasterCraft tires on factory three spoke wheels. The second is a set of Michelin XZL 7.5s on black steel wheels. It has no rust at all but the clear coat is peeling from the hood and the roof is oxidized but since the roof is over 6' tall and it has a rack, I've never worried about it. It also has Rovertym front arms and rear links with a Detroit Locker in the rear. Truck runs great! It has been my daily driver for the last 4 years. Interior is in great shape as well. I'm asking $5500. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements but I will help load for shipper. I'm sure I'm probably forgetting something so ask any questions you may have.

I think it's in Alabama. You'll have to sign up to view it, as of this morning, he bumped it to the top of the for sale section with the price dropped to $5500.

what size tires do you think are on that RR on Dweb. I like how they are tall and thin.

They are Michelin 7.50x16 XZL's. Same thing I have on my Series. Not sure I would want those on a road-going RRC.

Well, I know it's going to a good home, and I can't wait to see how it evolves in their care!
