New parabolic springs, new OME shocks, new fuel tank with upgraded sender and hoses, rear qtr frame and spring outriggers.
I still have to complete the installation of all of these parts and would rather sell it with these repairs completed.
PA inspection until July, transmission will need some attention some time sooner than later.
Asking $7250
Will post pix later.

Ok, repairs completed and I've been using it regularly for errands. I've also made a number of other improvements: t-stat for some heat, reattached the wiper drive for wiper function, still trying to improve door closing.
It's gotta go, so make an offer!

By my calculations the price would drop to either $250 by December 2010 or $1700 depending on if you go by precentages or actual amount off.

Did you still want to sell the Big Blue Machine before going to Africa?

Thanks, Gery! I'm sure I'll miss it, but for some reason, I feel like I need more room for people...

What engine is in there?

2.6 6 cylinder, but not the NADA 6. This was a Home Market Rover, so possibly the 6 that was used in the Rover cars.
Jeff Wilson says that he knew the Rover before I bought it, and at one point he believes the engine had been overhauled. It looks cleaner than the rest of the compartment, but I couldn't verify that aspect. Temp stays stable in all weather, oil pressure will flicker in the hottest of days when letting the rpm drop too low engaging the clutch from a stop. I guess any car could do that!
