i said chili not beef stew! No it won't be crazy spicy. I finally found a way to make it that won't destroy your stomach lining or set your butt on fire.

Just reading about your bacon fetish so I thought I would send along this link to the best bacon dish this side of Porky The Pig! It is called the "Bacon Explosion:"

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/28/dining/28bacon.html?_r=1

The color photo instructions for constructing this massive torpedo-shaped amalgamation of two pounds of bacon woven through and around two pounds of sausage and slathered in barbecue sauce are found in the article.

And for good measure, here is a link to Bacon-of-the-Month Bacon Culb:

http://thepignextdoor.com/

Yes, I am a baconholic.

Looks like anything you bring will be OK. We have a pound of bacon and a dozen eggs that we'll contribute to the cause.
