Drove him around today. Nice to have brakes. Steering is tighter. Speedometer works! Heater works! Windows aren't rattling! Suddenly developed a propensity for vapor locking......:confused: And, the lump is tired. There are three sitting in my garage. Next winter I'll have to rebuild one and stick it in. He even got an inspection sticker today! He is rearing to go.....

I know, inquiring minds want to know.......had to increase the deck angle to bleed the new CB master cylinder......:D

Hey if you say so. Safety first though. I aint too sure they got LR's in Heaven and I am SURE there are only Jeeps in Hell. (the unibody cherroke kind)

1 That is a 12 ton jack stands on a 12x12x16 concrete block base.
2 I didn't stick more than a half an arm under there. :D

Oh I'd do that on gravel without a parking brake using some old lumber. I just don't post pictures of my stupidity. ( ok usually )

I think it's the single point of contact that makes me wince.

I did consider that very aspect. Tried multiple points, but couldn't get a good hold. The physics are solid though. Picture knocking it over....would be tough. As I said, no one under it, and no one in it. And, it was quick and dirty. Lift up, support under, lift down. Reverse process.
