Jake and I went to look at a 107" pickup last weekend, with a few ideas in mind.
- Could be solid enough to be a pretty reasonable project.
- Could be so bad it would be a good source of mechanical parts for our 1951 project.
- Where there's one L-R, others often lurk.

Turns out it's too solid to be a parts truck, but too rusty (chassis and bulkhead) to be useable as-is, and there were no other Land-Rovers.

Jake wasn't impressed, but I thought it was very cool. Has frame for rear 3/4 tilt (no canvas) too, but not pictured.

I'll pass on contact info to anyone who is interested. It's located about 15 miles south of Annapolis, MD.

Hey, I got one for you guys. I think this is near you Jeremy, I believe Willow Grove, Pa. its a Jaguar/Land Rover store that can be seen from I-276 and every nite I pass by and it has been sitting there since Nov.

It's a Series II, 5-dr. wagon w/full roof rack!

I had posted the sighting on D-90 Source and only got one response, from somebody you guys know... Ryan from Caldweld, N.J. I think he called and its 4-sale, 45,000 miles not sure on any price.

I live about 4 or 5 miles from the land rover dealer in Willow Grove. If any body is really serious I can run over and take a look...... My 88 keeps me busy enough

Yes, I saw it on Craigslist and posted links here along with pictures. Seems to me it was listed at $4000

My sense is that the price is pretty negotiable. If someone had access to a 107" chassis, it'd be a great project. A bulkhead would make a big difference too. Based on what I saw, it might even be that the front half of an 86" chassis would be enough to make it a viable effort. The really bad section is at the rear of the front springs.

That sounds really low, and that's just from checking it out at 68MPH every nite.

Oh!, I replied before I saw Jeremy's post. I guess the bad frame reflects the on that asking price!
