Hey everyone,
Does anyone know what proceedure it takes to replace the bulb for the gear/mileage indicator light on a 01 D2 ? I have the bulb already just need to find some time to do it.
Also have the 2" OME lift to install soon as I find the place to do it. Then I can get some taller tires on.
Thanks for any help, Bob

The cluster is fairly straightforward to remove. Starting with the cover, there are likely 4 screws holding that in. You will have disconnect the switches- write down the colors of the harness connectors to the emblem on the switch.
4 more screws and some harness connectors voila, cluster!

Word of Advice for spring install:
Make sure you read the box for the numbers to see what springs go in front and what ones go in back. I did not. I changed 6 springs.
Other than that, pretty straight forward.

Bummer! I do know to look for that. I wouldn`t want to make that mistake. I believe that on the passenger side shock tower area, I need to remove something { I can`t remember } out of the way to get to those bolts.
I`ll figure it out. I`ll get my son to help since he is so full of energy!!
Thanks for the advice, Bob
