Replace HOLD/LIFT handles on 95 LWB

Does anyone know how to replace the HOLD/LIFT handles on the tailgate? I removed the carpet and the 4 screws across the top, but it looks like the rivets need to be ground off to remove the top bar holding the handles. Any ideas?

Yep, drill or grind the heads of those rivets off. I have several new pairs of the tabs if you don't have replacements already.
