Wasn't part of that vehicle rolled down a hill into a tree?

I had also stumbled across this whilst looking for used Rovers on Craigslist. I surfed my way into the LR dealer site and it was on top of the list there. I knew whose it was right away. (Well, I knew who it used to belong to before the paint job) It was one of our members that bought it and repainted it correct?

Well it is time for me to chime in.

Yes it is Trevor's old Yellow Double Cab
Yes it was painted with a roller when it was yellow
Yes the driver's side tub was bad

I've bought from Trevor last year, fixed it to the best of my abilities, and got most of the rust repaired and repainted .. nope no roller this time.

I tried to sell that 109 on ebay couple of times, sold it the first time but the woman who bought it ask about the A/C when she came to pick it up.

Then tons of interest but not solid offer.

Since I've promissed wifey when I bought the D90 the 109 will go away, I took it to an Auction where the Dealer who is selling it on ebay bought it.

Let me say that the work that was done completely transformed the way it was!
The effort was tremendous and the end result was remarkable- the decision to leave the paint a matte finish looks good in person. First time I saw it in person made me think that I may have underated it's potential.

Good job Gustavo, and good luck LR WC (that's West Chester, not Water Closet)!

LR West Chester had this at a dealer only auction today. It brought $2300. he wanted $6500. No Sale. It was running then wouldn't start later. Found a broken fuel line.
