I saw an 04 D2 black with a ROVERS sticker in the rear window at Lowe's in lock haven PA

That was probably Bill S. He has a cabin up above Beech Creek. And he has a black '03 D2.

He also has one of the nicest 109 pick-ups I know, look for that at Lowes!

Do 03 have round roof rails?

yep, '03 and '04 have the fatter rails. Only difference between is '03 no-cdl, '04-cdl.

Sorry..only '04s have the big round rails. The '03s have the older skinny ones.

oh yeah, just realized. That is the way to tell an '03 vs '04. Newer headlights from other D2's but different roof rails.

Anyway, I will put money down that the D2 you saw was Bill's. He has a black truck and frequents that area.
