OK, got my new (used) tires mounted on my used rims from Tpyle and now have them on my used Discovery. Some days I just feel used.

Very nice Rob! Man...I miss my Discovery 1. I love my LR3.....but everytime I see a Disco I get jealous. Just seems like more of a "rover" to me for some reason.


BTW...I have to finally ask, what hell is your avatar pic ????

Thankyou. Lift is pieces of 3x3 steel tubing between the springs and axles thus the "Redneck Liftkit." The rims were given to me and I cleaned them up and painted them myself.

Still very much in need of some +2" rear shocks. The fronts are mounted up three inches higher than before on top of the spacers but the rears are still in the stock position and I'd like to regain some of my lost flex.

The avatar picture is from the movie Clockwork Orange. It is towards the end when he is being "reprogrammed" not to hate and be a bad person and they have his eyes hooked open so he can't shut them.
