I have one of the plastic Discovery Spare tire cover plates. It went over the steel wheel to dress it up, and comes with the plastic washers, and flat black nuts to attach it. In good condition overall, no cracks, on minor scratch (see photos). Baltimore area, prefer local pick-up, but will ship at buyers expense. $25 obo...
