Does anyone have an idea what year/model this thingy is? My Brother recently found it for sale near his house in Seattle.

It's a Lightweight. I think they were only sold to the military originally. The chassis and drivetrain are mostly the same as the SII/III. Not too sure on the year exactly but I'm sure someone else will chime in.

I hate it when people smoke crack and then fill out their for sale signs. I'd have to say a very overpriced Lightweight but it's hard to say from some photos.

Id say over priced lightweight for sure. I have seen a few recently for around 5-7K. in as nice a shape from the photos. For that price you can get a real nice IIa or III.

It says that the Lightweights used axles 4" narrower than a standard series? Hmm, didn't know that.

I still think they are darn ugly though. IMO
