Any Catholics from Harrisburg area?

I know this is a LR forum, and I run the very high risk of being booted, but my intentions are honorable.

I was surprised to see that our new bishop in the Fort Wayne-South Bend Diocese, is Kevin Rhoades, of Harrisburg, PA. I have visited this blog for a couple of years now, and know there are several people from Harrisburg. Just wondering if anyone knows of this man, and his work, and what they think of him.

I did see that he was moving to another posting ( I can't spell Docese) but know nothing about him whatsoever. Only happened to catch it on the morning news.
