Found this ad on Craigslist, Warn 8000 cable controlled winch.

I have an early 70's Warn 8000lb winch with mount/bumper/fairhead included. The bumper was custom made by my dad who is a machinist and designed to fit his 1973 Ford F-250. I'm know this will fit '73-'79 Fords among others. This is one of the early (heavy duty) style Warn winches. This model (M8000) is cable controlled from the cab and I have all the controls and wire hook-up to the battery. When not used, the winch was always stored inside. I have some of the original paperwork as well. You will look a long time to find one in better shape! It would look really tough mounted on a restored truck with a vintage correct Warn winch!
