Hello. I just replaced the speedo cable on my RR. And the end that goes into the transfer case spun off and twisted-up and broke! The "bad" one I removed had the same ailment. I put a cordless drill and a piece of cable on the transducer and it spins and the speedometer goes, but now I will be ordering another new cable, etc. The fitting at the transfer case seems a little loose when I tighten the retainer. But it isn't crazy-loose. I figure if the transducer is spinning there should be nothing to bind the cable up and break it. Any insights helpful.
