Having looked at the photo several times ( nice comparison of old vs new someone put up BTW) I have decided in my mind, it is NOT in the class of Range Rover. It looks like they hired out the same comic strip artist that redesigned the camaro with that smart alec squinty face.
More likely,they are going to make the whole brand Range Rover and Land Rover will just go away.
I just spent two weekends back to back slogging it out in the back woods where you will never, ever see one of those things unless dropped in by air. They claim it has all the hallmark capability. I doubt it.
I just cooked my winch motor. I can't see where you would even put a winch on that thing. I can also vouch for the delicate nature of all that plastic. Bill Schofield brought a D11 to Red Roof and the first water crossing he munched the lower bumper. Pictures coming in the next newsletter. If a D11 can't make it, just picture the Evoque dipping a toe in.....the air bags better double as life preservers.
