Series Roof Rack shop day?

Does anyone have the equipment and facilities to build/weld roof racks?

I have one I'd like to modify, and would be interested in building another specific to my needs. Or, how about we combine everyones' feature list, jig it up and build an official "club" rack? Naturally we'd galvanize them post production...

Think this could work? Could be a good "Winter" activity...

it looks like I am getting a tube bender for Christmas. I have a small welder at work... Next door to me is a large weld shop (they take beer)... I will be working on my rack this winter as well...
