I have an Ashcroft high ratio transfer case for sale. It was built up by a LR mechanic with a machined case, similar to the way Rovers North builds them up and sells them. RN no longer lists a price for theirs but if I recall it was in the neighborhood of $2-2.5k.

This particular tc has 4k miles on it. A friend of mine had it built up to replace the Fairey in his 109/2.25. If you've researched Ashcrofts you know this is about the worst combination you can run. He took it out for a stock setup and another Fairey. I bought it from him to run in my 88 but ended up running the stock tc until I sold it. The pictures tell the story.

I am asking $950 which is about what it costs just to buy the gears from Ashcroft. It is with me in MA and I will not ship it. Discuss with me about helping to deliver it. Email gr wi fa @ a i m . com (take out all the spaces).
