A couple of years ago I bought an LT230 to convert a '95 RRC from the Borg-Warner unit, but I sold the RRC before I got around to it.

The label was off that identifies the ratio, but I'm sure it is a 1.2 ratio box because the guy I bought it from knows his parts.

There's no provision for a speedo cable, which might make it a Disco II box (LT230SE)?

It does have the selector to lock the center diff and all the associated hardware.

I paid $200 but I'll take any reasonable offer. Located in West Chester, PA.

Is it possible to do a doubler unit like the NP203-205?

I would be interested if I end up buying an RRC, but I don't know what or when that may be....

You could just sell me your Disco. I really would love to find a 5 spd.

There have been several 5-speed Disco's on Phila CL over the past few months. I'll keep my eyes open.

Changing the diffs to 4.14 was a big improvement for mine, both on- and off-road. Come to think of it, I guess a 1.4 t-case would have had a similar effect (on-road). Stock 5-speed Disco's are over-geared.
