Well I found out by accident about 2 weeks too late that the new Evouge (spelling?) was up at Harrisburg LR on Aug 22nd. They had an "event" to showcase the new vehicle and had snacks etc. LR style. We could have had a good club showing and brought muddy rusty LRs to park in their lot but we missed out. Better luck next time I guess.

I went up in a customer's 90 and nearly stole the show. Nearly, as the food spread was also a big draw. Some people recognised the 90 as a Land Rover, except for their children who called it a jeep.
I think they are going to sell well, bringing a whole new group of Rover owners with no clue about the heritage. Chassis stiffness nearly the same as a Sport, turbo 4 will give some decent economy numbers, getting into the backseat of the 2 door will stink- electric seat is painfully slow to move forward and back.
I need to drive one to make an informed decision...
