I guess they have a few more years to figure out how to design it. Hopefully it gets better.

I think their biggest problem is that they are trying to redesign something that people don't really want to see redesigned. IMO, they should fix the current issues (ergonomic, safety, environmental, quality, etc) and move on with the rest of their business. Just fix what is broken and leave the rest of the car alone. It should be evolutionary as it has been for 60+ years not revolutionary as they are proposing.

Frank - I couldn't agree more. Jeep has managed to make Wrangler with 2011 technology and safety and yet retain it's 1940s feel.

LR should do the same. Keep the solid axels. Add some airbags. Done.
