101 Forward Control for sale

Got this email, not mine but sure looks nice....

1976 Land Rover 101fc. 24000 miles, in great condition: runs well and no rust on frame, some blushes on exhaust, drive shaft. Designed for NATO to pull 105 mm howitzer, weighs less than 2 tons. V8 engine (Buick, licensed to Rover) built with off-the-shelf rover parts so finding parts is quite easy. Also: great online club can help with odd items. Clutch, brakes, carbs and steering box replaced or rebuilt. Ready to go. Has new swamper tires but could use a new canvas (I know where to get one cheap). Body and frame in great condition. I live in New York but am moving to Nevada and can transport it to any point in between.

Guys with money, that is not a bad price if you want a 101. I know what my Dad went through getting his 101 and all in all, it was just shy of 10K to buy it, get it here, fix it, title it and drive it on the roads of the Commonwealth of PA. If someone with money has been thinking about it, please do, I'd like to see it stay here in the Eastern half. From experience, they are not bad trucks at all, very versitile.
