Recently I tried to put my 90 RR Classic into Low Range. I had done this once before, only having owned this truck for a few months. Well it broke free. The truck is in high range. I have the Bentley manual but it doesn't give me a good idea of how to start dealing with this. Will taking the center console out give me any access? I had it out when I replaced the heater core, but can't remember if I saw much of anything.
I know that periodically the RR user should put the selector in and out of low to keep it working properly, but suspect the past owner didn't do this. It was a city Rover. Any help / insight greatly appreciated. :confused:
