Seeing how I need to plan my schedule well in advance, I thought I would see if anyone is interested in a Bush-tech tire repair clinic? I don't know if anyone is into this stuff, but it might be fun to try your hand at:
- breaking the bead on a tire
- replacing/patching a tube
- patching/plugging & resetting the bead
- complete tire removal/replacement
We may be able to locate all the proper tools within the Club, and/or I maybe able to get a vendor to loan/donate them. If anyone is specifically trained in this, you be top o' the list to assist.
Post up if you like the sound of this. Probably wait for warmer weather - March/April/May..?
