In need of contruction tools

Hi all! I'm moving ahead with reclaiming the hayloft from the bats, mice and old Rover parts, as well as dozens of bails of hay and straw.
There is going to be alot of 2x4's getting cut up and nailed together, and I like the offerings from Dewalt for a mitre saw and pnuematic nailer, but was wondering if anyone had this equipment that I could borrow/rent/trade for services for about a month.

I have a 12" Dewalt Mitre saw and a selection of air nailers and most other construction tools you might need.
