Need Help from PA guys title question

I been having this title for a few months ,since the truck was in for repair I didnt bother in registering the title to NJ , but I will like to do so this week now , looking at the title is confusing to me where I need to sign and where the previous owner need to enter his info , I see re-assignments areas to be notarize ?? NJ title are very simple and I dont want to **** this up it will be hell to get another title , let me know where goes what ...Thanks

Dont sign it anywhere, all PA titles need to be notarized, PM me if you need any help getting that done.

Thanks ...and where the seller is suppose to enter his info ? NJ titles dont need to be notarize so I dont know if they are going to care maybe I should take it into DMV and ask them .

PA titles need to be notarized for PA. When I bought my Discovery (in PA.) the guy forgot to sign the title. I had someone here at work sign for him and VA never blinked an eye.

Thats my plan too, since the guy never sign it I just dont see where the seller is suppose to sign

Got it went to dmv they show where to sign no notary needed

Pa is very strict about titles and notaries, just about every other state doesn't care. When I got my first Series from Tom it had to be registered in Maine b/c PA wouldn't issue a title despite having all the proper importation documentation. A year later after the Maine registration ran out I took my own Maine title to the DMV and titled it in PA.:rolleyes:
