Seats and Steps and Hinges

I am selling a 3-piece front set of elephant hide Series seats. They are in good condition but could use a good cleaning. There are no rips or tears except for one little one near the "hinge" on one seat bottom. There is also a black stain along the side (that appears to be spray paint) and one rubber stop missing. Series side steps. These also came with my truck when I purchased it but they were not installed. I am uncertain if everything is there, so please look at the photo. I have laid out all of the parts. $65 OBO + shipping.

Defender hinges with mirror mount. I have two OEM Defender hinges (one left, one right). They were on my truck for about a week and I decided I liked the Series hinges better. They are in like new condition -- except they are painted a crinkle-gray. There is no hardware, just the hinges. RN sells them for $70 each. Asking $120 and I'll pick up the shipping.
