Hidden Winch Mount

Terrafirma winch mount.

Terrafirma lists this for a D2 but I have no idea why, uses the stock bumper bolt locations and worked on my D1. I would imagine the same for the RRC too.

Great way to get a winch if you don't want to go all out. I stepped up to an ARB.

Can bring to SCC, $75 includes roller fairlead.

Does it put the winch between the frame rails?

I wonder if this would work with a GDE bumper on a RRC...

It does go between the frame rails. The winch sits just below the frame.

As you can see in the pic it sits just below the stock bumper.

That's good because I now need the fix my disco fund to create. I'll start a thread about it. It's ugly when the throw out bearing fails.
