Yes, don't fit an Equipe bumper to a Discovery.

Yes, the PA. rules. Especially after offroading with no lights with Jonathan at Lyles....

As far as I know there are no rules. At least I don't know of anyone that has had an issue in all the years of modified trucks we've been around.
