Check if a multi-vehicle license is required.

I considered getting the full-blown Blackbox Solutions Hardware/Software set up for my 14cux RRC, but for $500 it would be VIN-limited. It jumps over $2000 for multiple vehicle access. It covers every system and I thought it would be a great tool to share, but not at 2k for the 14cux.
