Ok, here is some basic info.

Picnic will run both days, July 7th and 8th.
Camping space is available.
Trail network is probably double what it was last year with everything from basic greenlaning to, shall we say, slightly more entertaining. The challenge areas generally involve lots of mud and rock climbs.

Will probably set up a small trial course in the upper area and will see about coming up with some kind of prize for the winner.

As opposed to a set meal in the evening food will probably be all day in the fire pit area which has been expanded.

We will be providing a full english breakfast on Sunday morning.

If anyone is interested in helping with prep, will probably be out refining things throughout June so let me know.

Have never been able to attend, can I bring parts to swap/give away?
Do you need headcount prior to the event?

What's the game plan for the Picnic weekend? I can't be there the whole time, but I'd really like to connect with as many of you as I can, and of course hang with Bill for being such a gracious host!

Is there a day/time that most of you plan to be there (knowing full well this forum gets little club traffic)?

Otherwise, I'll just show up to play the game of how-many-bags-of-cash-does-it-take-to-drive-the-pinkie-home! ;)

Most everybody comes for the day on Saturday. Between 10-5 is probably the busiest time.

Cool, thanks.

What about the Sunday English Breakfast, has a time been set?

Bill will have to chime in for that.

We don't have a specific set time yet, but I would imagine we will start cooking around 9:30 or so.
