The next edition of the newsletter is off and running in the little blue box at the corner of the street.

As usual if a couple of you could post up and tell me if you got yours. It seems that some are not getting through the postal service.

You haven't seen anything yet, how do you know I'm a gifted lad?

Oh and Michael, I completely forgot about the contest. Maybe I will announce the winners here. I just have to remember where I put them.

We should be looking at some houses next week, one is near Port Matilda. Is that close enough?

Know anyone that needs a nice Victorian in Milton? Only slightly lived in by two people, one dog and three cats. Oil dripping from the Land Rover into the stone driveway will be included for free.

Just got my newsletter. Looks great! I'm going to get to MAR one of these years - first I need a to actually get my own rover though (actually, first I need to graduate and get a job).
