Exhaust Manifold for Series III

Does anyone have a good used exhaust manifold for a 2.25L engine? I need one for my Series III as the old one is cracked beyond repair.:(

They are $89 at Atlantic British, don't know if thats too much for you but my manifold was similarly trashed and I picked one up from them.
