Lightweight 12V (-) Wiring Diagram

Folks,

i took the liberty of reproducing the wiring diagram for the 12V neg. earth Series III 1/2 ton (Lightweight) as drawn in the Users Manual. It includes the proper British Wiring Code colors. I will add the labels for all of the components soon, but attached is a draft.

I have a exMoD 109, B-suffix IIA. I've never found an accurate wiring diagram for my model, but I'll soon need one to order a new harness. Let me copy all the info I currently have, and review the diagram you posted. and see what I can come up with...

Let 'er rip. Once you get all of the info together, I'll take a look and see what I can come up with. I noticed there are a couple of very minor errors in the diagram I posted, I just haven;t gotten around to correcting them.

I've never found an accurate wiring diagram for my model

Tom, After POs are done with a Rover there is no accurate wiring diagram! Plus Lucas wires change colour over time - red turning to green, white to black, et cetera). However, if you renew the smoke with fresh OEM Lucas smoke the wires will change back.
