Shocks for Series III

Hi,
Does anyone have a recommendation for shocks for a Series III? I am planning an upgrade to parabolic springs and shocks. Any idea which is better for highway? What about offroad?

Although I don't have a III, and I currently have RoverTym installed, I can tout the virtues of OME. They are cheap and reliable, and you really don't want to spend more unless you're racing on the weekends. Unfortunately, I did, and I'm not.

I have old man emu shocks - great.
British Springs? TI Something along those lines. But the 4 leaf on the back of my 109 5 door, wish I had put on the 3 leaf. It only rides nice when ALOT of heavy stuff is in back.

Also, the check straps are now missing. Haven't noticed them missing either....
