Extended Warranty

OK - so I am seriously rethinking selling the Pumpkin. That said, if I keep it I want/need to extend my warranty. I am looking for help on this. What company will allow the stealership to do any work? What kinds of cost am I looking at?

my parents added the extened warranty to the freelander - i think it was about $1700 for another 50k miles. They just bought the warranty from the dealer (you never know who the actual company is). They have used it a few times and it is just like bringing the truck in for any other warranty work, except there is a $100 deductable. There are still 17k miles left on the extended warranty and it has already paid for itself. Give your dealer a call and see what they say.

i just got an extended warranty thru warranty4wheels its with great lakes warranty http://www.greatlakeswarranty.com/product_62.htm $2600 4 years unlimited miles. titanium plan coverage looks pretty good. and at the website you can check out the coverage. i have a 03 disco with 51000.
