I am starting to poke around in hopes of getting the SD roll bar for Series 88s" -- the one that can be installed and still allow the stock hardtop to be used. Anyone have any leads? Tom/Jeff -- are they more common in the UK?

If you're lucky you can find one from one of the SD supliers, they might have one in stock.

JohnC -- got any phone numbers or websites that I might try of SD suppliers?

I think Safety Devices has a list of suppliers on their website.. or they used to... http://www.stableenergies.com/ is in NJ and has some of their stuff, but I don't know if they had any series stuff.

Nope they don't have any Series stuff left but they were supposed to get a large shipment at the end of March... at least that's what they told me.

There are a few other companies making rollcages for series trucks, as soon as I have more info I'll let you know.

John C -- 4x4AG deals with Scorpion, right. Since they are an SD distributer in the UK, think they might be able to get a hold of the bar (the UK website lists the part number as: RBL205SSS)?

The SD roll bar does allow switching between hard and canvas tops.

Kev -- thanks. I actually figured that out by now, but I did not know the part number. They show RBL205SSS but there is an A and a B version. I did not see photos/drawings of them to know the difference. Any idea which you have?

Here is a pic of mine just dry fit. It would sit a few inches further forward if I did not have the inertia seatbelts where they are.
