What are the "must-have" books for a new series III owner?

I have the haynes restoration book and the haynes repair book and have never used either. Being close you can use them anytime if needed.

You can get the bible on amazon for $72! Don't get it at a Rover place -- most want over $100 for them. I also bought the Series II/IIa owners manual -- we'll worth the extra money.

In my case, I'll be through "War and Peace" before I even get my Series started. You might as well add it to your reading list. Can't hurt.
