and sees a mechanic bent over into the engine room of a series truck. He is removing the head and upon recognizing the MD says: "Hey doc! Look, I'm removing the head from this engine, and the valves. The engine is kind of the heart of the system, makes it all go. Just like a human heart eh?" "Yes it is," says the doctor, amused by the analogy. "So doc," says the mechanic, "How come I get less for a months work than you get for one operation which takes less than a half a day?" "Try doing that with the engine running." Said the doctor......:D
