HHMM, it's in Lycoming county...I'm not positive, but I don't think it matters...if it was the emissions test that would be different, however, you're exempt from that.
OH, and I can tell you one thing for sure....no way in hell would I trade a sticker for CRAP beer like OLD MUD!!:D

Are the state inpection regulations different in the middle of the state?
I'm confused as my series passes ....Hmmm maybe it the Coors beer

The inspection laws are the same:rolleyes: , however the discretion of the inspecting mechanic "might" be different:D .....some things are "let through" as opposed to different area, for instance, I had my inspection license in Montgomery county and I can tell you that I would have NEVER allowed the same truck there to pass what can slide through here. First off, it's generally cosmetics....I would NEVER pass a rig of any kind that wasn't safe.:) ....then again you do drink Coors......Suckerfish told me you were/are someone not to "mess with"....but you drink Coors.....I know, all that 90 wt odor had clouded your judgement....:p

I walk into the inspection station and he looks it over. I get a sticker. I drive around the corner, get a 30 pack of coors light, toss it in back, and head back over. I tell him there is a strange rattle in the back like a bunch of aluminum shaking around.

Turns out he removes the problem in no time at all.

I'll bet you drink Old Milwalkee light in a can in your dark root cellar when no one is looking.
