After 18 months of work we managed to move the wife's SIIA 109 under its own power for the first time! It was just a short spurt back and forth on the driveway, but it does stop and go. To make it really drivable I need to bleed the clutch and brakes again, fabricate the rest of the transmission tunnel and install the instrument panel. After that it is little stuff like hooking up the speedo cable to the trans, the heater valve cable, defroster tubes, etc. The first stop will be the muffler shop, to fab the V8 exhaust system. Hopefully, the beast will be on the road in a few months. It should be a treat, with its 3.9 liter V8, R380 5 speed and 3.54 RR axles on RN parabolics and a new Marsland chassis.

Sorry, didn't think to take pics during the build. I can take some now, before everything is hidden. Need pics of anything in particular?
