Those are medium duty right? Will give about a 2" lift? Think they'll work well on my d90?

Yes, they will work on the D90 or the Disco I. Probably a little under 2". I was driving the Rangie on 33"s with these springs and the tyres hit the fender and bumper end caps on the front going over bumps.
Fit the RTE 2" (really 2.5") and no longer a problem.
The D90 with 33's won't have any fender clearance issues. What's on the DI tyre size wise?

Tire size? Crap I dunno. It is something/70/16 but I can't remember what that pesky first number is. Stock door jamb size whatever that is on a D-1. It was easy when I had my Isuzu truck, it came with 31x10.50/15's. I'd love to have that tire size on my disco just for the width and smallish increase in height only in a 16 inch size.

Rob, 235/70/16 is most likely. you could try a 235/85 for a tyre nearly the same as a 31 x10.50.
And that is a good size that increases the ground clearance but doesn't take have a huge effect on accelaration.
So Ryan's passed on the springs. Do you want them? We could have a shopday at my place...

Do you take credit? A shop day would be a fun thing, but right now I need to take care of and keep up with other bills. If the price drops a bit because nobody wants them I'll reconsider but right now I have NO cash on hand to play with.
