I got a decent banjo wheel, but can't remember if it "fits" on a 66 IIa steering column. Before I go ripping things off, I thought I ask first.

And yes, this may be a first!

If you're taking a banjo wheel off, then the new one will fit. If you've got a palastic 3-spoker, I think you need to replace the shaft too. I think Peter Monk went this route. I'm sure someone else will shed more light on this...

Tom's right , the splines on the shaft for the banjo are much finer and not interchangeable with the plastic wheel unless you want to use a bfh to fit it .

Thought you where coming up today Sean?

If it doesn't fit sell it on eBay, those things usually get a crazy amount of money! You can pay for all the other "up-grades" you are doing/want to do/have to do!
