Where do I start....
First off everytime I have gone to the dealer within the last 6-8 months I have had nothing but problems. First off I went in for a valve cover/ intake leak, picked it brought it home and making whining sound, took it back days later and fixed it, brought it home checked under hood to find they broke my intake "plastic hose from air box to intake" and sealed it with black caulk. 3 Times to the dealer for 1 service

Times to dealer w/in last yr to my recollection:
Transfer case leak X2; 1 for leak, 2 Still dripping
Intake leak X3; 1 for fix, 2 for re-fix, 3 for replace part they broke
Valve Cover leak X2: 1 for leak, 2 for same leak months later
Oil change X2: 1 for oil change, 2 for oil leakage after oil change
(residue)

9 trips for 4 services... see a problem?

So I got some information from some very reliable, credible sources that there is a certain mechanic there that is fudging the repairs, and has been caught "red handed"on numerous occasions. He says hes fixed something when he just cleaned it, and then when it comes back to be fixed "again" he gets paid again to fix it right stating "faulty part". Service and Gen manager is well aware of this situation and has not fired him. If you or someone you know has had a problem with situations like this at Land Rover Hunt Valley please post and let me know.

I saw the pix of the oil filter-sloppy but normal after an oil filter replacement but the pix of the intake hose! Wow!
Call Jeff Sine and demand an explanation of that repair, what are they going to do to make it right, and then call LR customer service, regardless of whether that gets resolved to your liking.

Intake has been hose has been replaced. It is just the other **** thats going on at the dealer that pisses me off. Im wondering if IM the only person, or are other people having the same problem as me at that dealer.

Personally, I like the way the dealers treat their customers.
Eventually, people start looking outside the dealer network for other service options and begin developing relationships with the independants.

Or do what I do and drive up to Trevor's. Half the fun is removing the goats from the fence.

The drive to Trevors may well be worth your time

I was at Trevor's last Friday, he had trucks from Maryland, Virginia and Pa. That says something about a person when customers are willing to drive from 2 states away.

It would take me about an hour and 10 from the Hunt Valley exit.
