Exit 100 or 104 on I81 in the town of Tremont. I would think under 2hrs at slightly above posted speeds-83 to 81 without much traffic early on a saturday morning?
It takes me almost 90 minutes from Reisterstown to Elizabethtown (near Hershey) and 45 minutes from E-town to Tremont.
