    Default Synthetic Galvanizing

I dropped-off my 110 tailgate (Rover North special earlier this year) at the Line-X shop. I was going to get the inner sheet done in black, but they have a 'silver birtch' that is a dead ringer for galvanized steel. I'm having them do the inner surface, including the wrap up over the top where the Series capping would be.

This is more of a functional requirement than an attempt to duplicate the galvy look, but it should turn out nicer than a 'black' capping. I'll post a picture when it's done...

Not yet. The shop had to order the color components - the new formulation is colorized thru-and-thru. That and my work travel schedule is a bit hectic...

I'll post up when it's done.
