I have a 20 x 20 canopy I am taking as a home base.

Dana, come join the cool kids in our big circus tent. We don't roll small in hurricane season.

OK we are not getting a lot of participation on a tent so I am thinking depending on where everything is laid out I might just get a 20 x 50 with Joel in the swap area and we could hang there if it is reasonably accessible to the camping area

Just a thought We were told we could camp near the Big Tent Swap meet area as participants I am just waiting to see the map for logistics

ROAV will allow us to rent a 20' x 20' tent through them @ $225. Ten people or so and that is $22.50/ea. These tents are much better and worth the price. We already have 5 people between Randy, me, Trevor, Neil and Sven. Possibly Dana, Matt K, English and several others too?

I am real close to upgrading to a 20 x 50 at the swap meet There will be several 20x20s with parties in the camping area with "friends" of ours.

I would suggest that we camp together near one of these sites and when they pass around the hat toss in a donation and we can hang at the swap meet tent if it is close by which is what I am waiting to hear

If we can get 10 + people I am in for the $22.50
