Default Gas Tank for a 1988 RRC

I am in need of a gas tank for my truck. Let me know if you have one.
    Thanks.

I have a '92 and '94, will they work? It should be an upgrade to plastic? Seems like a question you would be asking me but I have never tried.

I don't know how easily the metal tank can be exchanged for a later plastic one. The plastic one is 3 or 4 gallons larger and the filler goes up a bit higher on the body (maybe that is just the flexible tube?). The fuel pumps are different so I'm not sure if they are plug-and-play electrically either. You'd probably need quite a few more parts than just the tank is what I'm getting after. Randy's would be one stop shopping for everything though.

No the plastic tank won't work. It has to be the metal one.

    Thanks

I've got a steel RR tank you can have. It wasn't leaking when removed, but it has been sitting outside the garage for two years or so and will need cleaned.
